Why This Matters To Me
I travel a lot. I hike. I've seen enough of this planet to care deeply about what happens to it. Climate change isn't abstract to me – it's the wildlife I've seen shrinking, the weather getting stranger, the energy bills hitting people who can barely afford them.
The renewable energy sector is one of the fastest growing in the UK. Solar farms, battery storage, clean infrastructure – it's all being built at a pace we haven't seen before. That's real, and it's exciting.
The people who build this future need to be found, placed and supported properly. That's what I'm here to do.
A CV tells you what someone's done. It doesn't tell you how they handle pressure, whether they'll fit your team, or if they actually care about the work. That's the bit most recruiters skip. I don't.
I spend time with both sides. I ask questions that go beyond the job spec. I want to know what makes your business tick, and what a candidate is actually like to work with. That attention is how I find fits that stick.
